I was bestowed this wonderful award, complete with one of my favorite sprinkled indulgences, by Lucy of Lucille in the sky. She is a lover of almond butter and is better than me because she uses cloth diapers.

10 things that make my lips turn from their usual downward pose
1. my daughter doing silly happy dances (the finger pointing, hip wiggling kind)
2. my 10 month old’s wide open mouthed kisses on my eye/ nose/ cheek/ shoulder/ chin/ where ever his face lands
3. being silly with my husband
4. fitting in my jeans straight out of the dryer (without the need to wear and stretch)

Jeans fresh out of the drier! When you don’t even have to put the drier on its lowest setting! That ALWAYS makes for a good day. Even when the scale claims you’ve gained 2 pounds overnight. And the empty cookie box confirm it.

#8 – sleep makes me Major Happy. I even sneak naps under my desk at work (shhh).
My own lil blurb? Kid laughter…that belly laughter…there is Nothing like it in the world. I have one as my ring tone and it makes me smile like a nutter every time I hear it.
